2023 has brought with it the realisation that I no longer have the energy and excitement I used to have for bad Christmas movies. They got so bad that I was cured.

a story of what happens when your precocious child with a burgeoning mental disorder tricks his unassuming, probably alcoholic mother into driving across multiple states while she’s experiencing withdrawals so severe she doesn’t realize she’s fully driving to an entirely incorrect part of america, only to meet up with her manic-depressive former friend whose husband is clearly happy to exact wanton violence toward strangers at the drop of a hat should they get on his bad side.

So Rollergirl and the dude that stuck his 🍆 in an apple pie are making family Christmas movies, and Brandy had to start using her last name. This didn’t fill me with the Christmas spirit. It just made me feel old.

This is the first time i have actually hated the main character and just found her so Annoying.

I don’t know what deal Heather Graham made with the devil (or needle) to look better than most people do in their mid-30’s. I want on that train. This was pretty bad and super corny. Netflix really should have just paid Lindsay Lohan to do another Christmas movie.

This movie was so cringe I had to take a minute to step away and just recollect myself and take a break away from it for a little bit.
It had me CACKLING at this one moment when the Spanish guy says “you broke into the wrong house caprón” but otherwise who cares.

I, ah, am not sure what I just saw. I've watched many of these types of films, and I'm not sure I've seen one that ranges so far in tone. I'm not kidding when I say I watched some scenes with mouth agape, astonished.
However, this did breach into the so bad it's fun category for me.
Why would anyone invent a chip mitt, a glove that repels crumbs, that you use while eating snacks?
There's way too much crying for a light Netflix christmas movie.
