The list does not include films that had some national releases in 2023 but U.S. releases delayed for 2024 (i.e. The Taste of Things, Perfect Days). Further exclusions:
• Short films, TV specials, concerts, stand-up specials, live theater and web videos. Films need a valid IMDb and TMDb page.
• TV miniseries or making of featurettes, unless they had theatrical distribution.
• Music-adjacent documentaries are excluded unless they have a film festival premiere. They are prone to fan manipulation.
• Films that extend or conclude narratives from TV shows despite a theatrical release. Prequels, spin-offs, or standalone films are allowed.
