Minimal dialogue.
May be downplaying dialogue in a few of these. L'Avventura has long moments of terse dialogue, but some very talky scenes; Last Year at Marienbad has minimal dialogue between characters but steady narration; Paris, Texas and 2001 are wordless for long stretches but feature prominent monologues; the dialogue for Atlantics, Cure, and Burning feels sparse but they're still conversational in some ways. Let me know if I got any wrong.
There are, of course, good movies with less dialogue, but I only selected from my all-time favorite films. "All is Lost" and "Hush" come to mind.
