I approached this very curious as I like Guadagnino’s style and I’d heard people are super thirsty for it, but going in I didn’t find any of the leads to be all that sexy nor the setting of tennis very titillating. Stylistically not quite up to snuff with the first 3 but surpasses the 2 that precede in character and content. Also a top tier tragically funny snipe at Thatcher. Definitely brought to mind growing up with my dyslexic brother, can’t imagine where he’d be if his Grade 2 teacher had had the option to ship him off like that

Dreamy, hazy, crunchy, truly a film of atmosphere and texture. The hypnotic vibes are immaculately realized and utilized to string you along through this maze of a film.
