Babylon 2022
Babylon is an insane, chaotic, and frenetic spectacle of the decadence of old Hollywood, and I loved every minute of it. It’s an American epic that makes you feel every emotion imaginable. The performances are some of the best of the year, especially Margot Robbie. It’s definitely a film not for everyone; but it was definitely for me! If you’re interested in seeing it, I highly recommend!

Wendell & Wild 2022
Wendell & Wild was a film that I was extremely anticipating, and it mostly delivered. It was fun, creative, and full of Selick’s macabre playfulness. However, it’s ambition is unfortunately it’s downfall.
Co-written with Jordan Peele, the film is full of ideas and social themes, but squeezing it all into 95-100 minutes results in a film that feels rushed and at times unfocused. I would have loved to seen this done as a 3-4 hr miniseries, that would’ve given enough time…
