Before Sunrise 1995
without a doubt my favorite dialogue and the best chemistry i’ve seen. linklater is able to convey the gravity of connection and the passing of time so beautifully. every glance is like a punch to the gut and i think about the scene where jesse ALMOST touches her hair but pulls back so often that it hurts. this film taught me how to romanticize my life and if i can’t have this i don’t want anything at all, i’d rather die lonely and touch starved

was loving this film until the end when theodore edward bear, an intelligent bear with a briefcase and a dream, became domesticated by a fat man in a red suit and a selfish little girl. ruined my day.
