Exhuma is quite entertaining from start to end, provided you submit to the supernatural narrative and its functioning that comes with the lack of rationality. Remarkably, the film pokes at the war and politics of Japan occupying Korea. But, is it a great film? Nope. Exhuma feels like two movies embodied in one film. Although both parts are entertaining, they suffer from inconsistent writing. Classified as a supernatural horror and mystery film, it walks a tightrope in maintaining its intended tone and often veers into unintentional humor.

Kabir Singh 2019
Kabir Singh is a celebration of toxicity. A wet dream for all the bullies.
Without delving deeper into its incoherent narrative, and leaving aside the misogynist part, the craft of Kabir Singh is as flawed as the character.
It has so many pointless slow-mos that I wonder if they are competing with Appendix for what's more vestigial.
The terrible editing and convenient switching between the theatrical element and realistic tone help to manufacture the romance.
Unfortunately, the melodramatic development of the romance between Kabir and 'uski bandi' couldn't grow bigger than his anger.
