PAST LIVES Review

Next week the Kan Kan is bringing you the debut film from playwright, writer and director Celine Song, Past Lives. Previously Song wrote the 2019 play Endlings, wrote for the Amazon series The Wheel of Time, and directed a live production of Chekhov's The Seagull on The Sims 4. The film stars Greta Lee, Teo Yoo, and John Magaro.

SANCTUARY Review

Next week the Kan Kan is bringing you the latest film from film critic and director Zachary Wigon, Sanctuary. This is Wigon's second feature following his 2014 film, The Heart Machine. The film stars Margaret Qualley and Christopher Abbott.

SHOWING UP Review

Next week the Kan Kan is bringing you the latest film from screenwriter and director Kelly Reichard, Showing Up. This is the eighth feature film from Reichardt, following her 2019 film, First Cow. The film stars frequent collaborator Michelle Williams in the lead role. The film also stars Hong Chau, André Benjamin (André 3000), John Magaro, Maryann Plunkett, and Judd Hirsch.

POLITE SOCIETY Review

Next week the Kan Kan is bringing you the debut film from British television writer and director Nida Manzoor, Polite Society. Manzoor has previously worked on shows such as Doctor Who, Enterprice, and We Are Lady Parts. The film primarily stars Priya Kansara in her debut film role. It also stars Ritu Arya, Shobu Kapoor, Ella Bruccoleri, and more.

BEAU IS AFRAID Review

Next week the Kan Kan is bringing you the latest feature from acclaimed director Ari Aster, Beau is Afraid. This is the third film from Aster following his 2018 breakout success Hereditary, and his 2019 tour de force Midsommar. Gearing Up for JOHN WICK: CHAPTER 4

Starting Thursday 3/23, the Kan Kan is happy to be bringing John Wick: Chapter 4 to our screens. This is the fourth installment in this beloved franchise starring Keanu Reeves and directed by Chad Stahelski, who was a stunt double and stunt co-ordinator in the Matrix trilogy.
