Very pleased to announce we have acquired for UK/Ireland release Close Your Eyes by Victor Erice. Only his 4th feature in 50 years since his debut with The Spirit of the Beehive, and some 30 years after we were involved in releasing his previous film, The Quince Tree Sun, known as The Dream of Light elsewhere.

Now the pie has been opened, we can announce the 1st of our Cannes acquisitions - Directors’ Fortnight title ‘Blackbird Blackbird Blackberry’ by Elene Navierani, which went down a storm at the public screening.
