You go through a lot of growth and life experiences in 10 years. It's been that long since my last watch of this film and those life experience definitely give me a different appreciation and understanding of a layered film like this.
Is it too much to ask for a visually stunning independent film that doesn’t have an ick narrative? Anna Paquin carried this whole movie on her 10 year old back and probably had no idea what it was even about.
