Bad Times at the El Royale 2018
Drew Goddard, the film's director, clearly has a passion for his craft, and he’s made something that ticks the same boxes Tarantino films do.
It’s heavily focused on dialogue between the characters, with spurts of violence and non-linearity, touching on the '70s, much like Tarantino’s “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood”. The film even shares some of the same songs, even though “El Royale” came out before “Hollywood”.

Looking back you can see how truly revolutionary Pixar was with their films during their golden years. Their films were just so well crafted and “Ratatouille” isn’t an exception. I’m grateful I grew up as these were coming out, with their maturity and excellent storytelling shining through every frame.
