my expectations were the highest they could have possibly been and it exceeded them with ease. all of yorgos’ movies are comedic but i was not expecting this to be straight up hilarious? everyone in my theatre was laughing practically the entire runtime. one of the most gorgeous, unique looking films i’ve ever seen. the costume design was ridiculous too, so perfect.
mark ruffalo was surprisingly incredible and so funny, definitely my new favourite role from him. and emma stone… just…
